Emily Daines
Founder/Director
Emily is a multi-award winning choreographer/dancer, winning awards across the globe, such as at 2018's ‘Dance World Cup’ in Barcelona and at multiple acclaimed dance festivals all over the nation. Owner of Stronghold Dance Company, her students are trained in contemporary styles and have seen great success at several online festivals, with some scoring the highest number of points that the festival had ever seen. Most recently, Emily choreographed a hugely successful production of the musical ‘Little Shop of Horrors’.

Amber graduated Bodywork Company Cambridge with a level 6 diploma in dance. Although graduating in the middle of the pandemic was incredibly difficult now she is working professionally as a dancer, teacher and choreographer. She is constantly inspired through dance and love having the opportunity to teach and choreograph for many different people.
